Currently acting as an ASIC Design Engineer at Raspberry Pi.
Gained a Master’s degree (BA and MEng) at Cambridge University, where I undertook a pedagogical research project that overhauled the IDP lab in the electrical engineering curriculum, supervised by Dr. Tim Wilkinson.
Prior to Raspberry Pi, I was an intern at PragmatIC Semiconductor in Cambridge where I was involved in a number of projects, including building out a flexible hardware platform for customer-facing prototype demos.
I’m a co-founding secretary of the Cambridge University Portuguese Alumni Association and I currently sit on the committee of the Cambridge Portuguese Society. I’m an active mentor of the Cambridge Code Club, after becoming one of their first volunteers. I do plenty of other engineering outreach/access work and have extensive experience in teaching.
